Lil Wayne Tha Carter 4 Album – June 21st, 2011 Release Date

Lil Wayne has officially confirmed a June 21st, 2011 release date for Tha Carter 4 album.
Just last week, we had reported the Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter IV had been delayed. The original release date set for the highly anticipated Weezy album had originally been set for a May 17th, 2011 release date. Tha Carter IV album release date has been the talk of the town really since Tha Carter 3 was such a successful album, but the past year has really created a lot of buzz for this album.
The news for the release date comes from a reputable source. Young Money President Mack Maine confirmed this reported date to XXL, and it is official, Tha Carter IV album will hit stores this upcoming June 21st.
A few weeks ago we also got our hands on a rumored Tha Carter 4 Tracklist from some sources close to Lil Wayne.
UPDATE (6/2): The release date for Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter 4 has been delayed. The Young Money founder’s 9th studio album is now slated for an August 29 release date.
