Dark Man X gave his first live performance since being released from prison earlier this summer.
DMX is what the game has been missing for quite some time, and after being locked up for over 7 months, X is back in the game. Just the other night, DMX performed his first live post-prison concert in Dallas, Texas at the House of Blues.
Thankfully we have some video footage of the high energy performance. It’s almost unreal watching the performance as it really takes you back to the late 90s early 2000s. X performed for a smaller crowd of about 500 people, performing renditions of some his classics including ‘We Right Here,’ ‘Who We Be,’ ‘Party Up,’ ‘Where Da Hood At’ and of course ‘X Gon’ Give It To Ya.’
DMX is currently in the studio working on his new album entitled ‘Redemption of the Beast,’ which he is hoping to release this December, 2011.
Check out the video footage below of DMX performing ‘Get It On The Floor’ along with his solo verse from Busta Rhymes ‘Touch It (Remix).’
